Matt GraberMr. Graber graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo) in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree in Legal Studies. He was the recipient of the New York State Regents Scholarship, and the Michael Kostecky Memorial Scholarship, a Member of Sigma Phi Epsilon, and active in many other organizations.

In 1997, Mr. Graber graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio, where he earned a Doctorate of Laws (J.D.) Degree. During his time at UDSL, he served as an intern with the United States Attorney’s Office (W.D.N.Y.).

Mr. Graber began his career as a full-time Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s 7th Judicial Circuit. He was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2000. He returned to Ohio in 2002 and began private practice with the Mason, Ohio law firm of Peeler, McGary & Zopff Co., L.P.A. During his years of service with that firm, he handled real estate, estate planning, domestic relations and general civil matters, in addition to serving as an Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Mason. In 2007, he began his solo practice. He has served as the Lebanon, Ohio Prosecutor since January 2008, in addition to his private practice.

Mr. Graber has tried hundreds of bench trials and pretrial evidentiary motions, and more than thirty cases to jury verdict. However, his focus is on guiding his clients through the legal process and assisting them in accomplishing their goals, whether through litigation or other methods more beneficial to the client.

Mr. Graber is a member of the Cincinnati Wolves Ice Hockey Club, the Windwood Swim and Tennis Club, the Banker’s Club, and also enjoys skiing and athletic activity of all kinds. He completed the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon in 2005 and again in 2006.

Mr. Graber is an active Member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Warren County Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, and The Florida Bar, and previously a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. As a Member of the Warren County Bar Admissions Committee, he conducts character fitness reviews for new bar applicants. He completed an internship in the United States Senate in 1997. Mr. Graber is listed in the Cambridge Who’s Who of Executives, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs. He is a member of the University at Buffalo Alumni Association, and serves as a Mentor in the SUNY Buffalo Mentorship Program.
